OUR PRODUCTS
All our products are handcrafted from genuine reclaimed York Minster oak. As natural wood is used, each item will have unique variations in grain and colour — this is not a defect but a feature of the material.
ORDERING
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
PRICES
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit and debit card via WooPayments and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
