REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Minster Woods, every item is handcrafted from genuine reclaimed York Minster oak. We take great pride in the quality of our work and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

RETURN POSTAGE

If you are returning an item within 7 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of return postage. For returns requested between 8 and 30 days after delivery, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return, please contact us at admin@minsterwoods.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us at admin@minsterwoods.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
